One minute a day spent in stillness can change your life. And as much as you might object, we can all find one minute in a juicy 24 hour day to commit to a practise that will supercharge our life.
This is a simple, easy, and effective way to calm yourself and you can do it anytime and anywhere. It’s just a simple breath pattern done to a count of four and repeated for a minute or until you have reached a calm and peaceful state.
- Inhale 2 3 4
- Hold 2 3 4
- Exhale 2 3 4
- Rest 2 3 4
If you’d like to give your mind something more to focus on than breathing and counting you can use any four-sided object as a visual guide (window, picture frame, post-it, or computer screen).
