I am excited to offer, for the first time, a four week face to face online journey into inner peace through mindfulness, meditation, breath work and visualization supported by the wisdom of horses.

This unique program was co-created with my equine guide Skye and her herd at the Cheekeye Ranch who long for a world with more peace, softness and harmony.

Regardless of where you are in the world you will be visually and spiritually guided into peace through the path of the Horse.

MY COACHING PROCESS

My coaching process is fluid and unique to each client We will focus on reconnecting you to the sacred soul space within to expand your sense of peace, clarity, fulfillment and joy.  My coaching toolkit is diverse and our sessions will be a blend of motivational psychology, life coaching, meditation, breath work and energetic healing- all to support you in your journey to live your best life.

We will move through basic elements that include:

  • setting a foundation to connect to your inner soul space
  • nourishing your soul for deep self-care
  • tuning in to hear your inner wisdom for easier decision- making
  • clarifying where you are in your current life and where you want to be 
  • exploring the thoughts, beliefs and feelings that are holding you back and learning how to shift them to become who you were meant to be
  • developing an attainable action plan that moves you in the direction you want to go.
