How To Find More Time in Your Day

How to Find More Time in Your Day

“I don’t have time” is one of the biggest lies we tell ourselves that keep us from pursuing our passions.  Yet, when something is really, really important to us, we always find the time.

I use to tell myself that there wasn’t enough time to meditate, write my book, or take a fitness class when work and single parenting responsibilities filled my day. But somehow I always made time to run errands for other people, watch another episode of my favourite Netflix series, or check in on my social media accounts umpteen times a day.

When I found myself frustrated, at the end of another month for not reaching my goals, I got serious about my relationship with time. I stopped lying to myself that I didn’t have time to do the things I wanted to do.

We all have the same 24 hours in the day.

It’s how we spend those hours that make a difference between those who reach their goals and achieve success in their life and business, and those who don’t.  You can keep spinning in circles wishing you were living your dreams or you can make the time to take action. No one is going to give you permission to go after your dreams!

One of my favourite tools to focus my energy and create time in my day to pursue my passions is my daily goal planner sheet. I have tried multiple time management products but this simple sheet keeps me on track and moving forward. Now I am gifting it to you here.

We only get one chance to create a life we love.

By committing to taking small steps each day we get closer to our dreams. In three months you’ll thank yourself for getting focused and taking action today.

I hope this daily goal planning sheet helps you as much as it helps me. I now meditate daily, I have almost finished my third book, and I attend the fitness classes I once only talked about. You can reach your dreams too.
